brown bread

onion
thinly sliced

boiled potato

boiled beetroot
thinly sliced

green chutney

salted butter

Instructions
take 3 bread slices.cut the edges of bread slices if you prefer.
spread butter on the bread slices.
spread green chutney n the bread slice.
then place 4 slices of cucumber over green chutney bread slice.
also add onion slices.
followed by, sprinkle generous amount of bombay sandwich masala and red chili powder.
then cover it with butter bread slice facing butter side downwards.
after that, spread green chutney over the bread slice.
place beetroot slices.
followed by potato slices.
then again sprinkle generous amount of bombay sandwich masala and red chili powder.
cover with the final butter slice facing the butter side downwards.
now, garnish with tomato sauce and poke the toothpick.
furthermore, cut to 4 pieces.
finally, serve
bombay
sandwich with tomato ketchup and green chutney. you can even serve this with chai as well.
