to boil veggies:

to boil veggies
for bhaji:

oil

tsp
cumins

tbsp
ginger chili garlic paste

onion
chopped

tomato

salt to taste

red chili powder

turmeric powder

tbsp
corinader powder

pavbhaji masala

tomato ketchup

lemon juice

ice cream cones

fresh coriander
Instructions
boil veggies and mash them.keep it aside.
heat oil in pan.
add cumins.
when they crackle, add ginger chili garlic paste.
saute for a while.
add onions and saute.
add tomatoes.
add salt to taste.
add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and
pavbhaji masala
.
cook them until tomatoes are mushy.
add boiled and mashed veggies.
mix them.
add water little bit and cook for 7 mins.
add tomato catchup.
mix and add lemon juice.
add coriander and keep aside.
take an ice cream cone.
fill the cone with bhaji.
sprinkle some onions.
sprinkle some besan sev.
serve.
