aloo kathi rolls recipe

for chapati

cup
whole wheat flour
2
tbsp
maida/all purpose flour
salt to taste
1
tsp
oil
1//4
cup
water
as required
for potato stuffing,
1
cup
boiled potatoes
2-3 medium
½
tbsp
garlic paste

tsp
red chili powder
¼
tsp
red chili sauce
salt to taste

turmeric powder

tsp
coriander powder
other,

mix veggies,grated OR chopped
carrots,cabbage,capsicum,onions

tomato catch up
mint mayonnaise
as per your taste
Instructions
for making chapati,
take a mixing bowl.
add wheat flour and all-purpose flour.
add some salt and oil.
mix and prepare a soft dough.
add water as required.
prepare a medium size dough ball and roll it to a round chapati.
heat tawa.
place the chapati.
roast it golden brown on both side.
keep aside.
for potato stuffing,
heat oil in a pan.
add garlic paste and red chili powder.
add red chili sauce.
saute.
add boiled and chopped potatoes.
add coriander powder and turmeric powder.
add some salt.
mix it and keep it aside.
assembling,
place the chapati on a plate.
spread some catch up.
put finely chopped veggies.
add some stuffing on the top.
spread some mayonnaise. I used mint mayonnaise here.
gently fold the bread.
seal with aluminum foil.
enjoy.
