Instructions
heat
1 tablespoon oil
in pan.
add
½ teaspoon cumins
.
add
1 medium green chili
and
5-6 curry leaves
.
add
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
and
salt to taste
.
mix it.
add
2-3 medium potatoes ,boiled and diced
.
cook the mixture 4 mins on high flame.
serve hot with naan, paratha or chapati.
Notes
add 1 tsp garlic paste if you like. I am avoiding it.
avoid garlic and turmeric powder if you are preparing this recipe as a fasting recipe
