Ingredients

raw mango
i used 350 gms approx here
2
cups
jaggery
adjust to your taste
salt to taste
½
tsp
black salt

ginger
½
cup
mint leaves
½
tsp
black pepper corns
1
cup
water
to boil mangoes
Instructions
wash you raw mango and cut into pieces.
transfer them into a pressure cooker.
add water and pressure cook it for 1 whistle.
transfer the boiled mango in a mixer jar.
add fresh mint leaves.
add ginger.
add jaggery.
add black salt.
crush them to a smooth paste.
strain the mixture.
add salt to taste.
fill half of the glass with raw mango puree.
add chilled water and serve.

adjust the sugar/jaggery to your taste.
you can use sugar instead of jaggery but jaggery tastes best ;)
store the thick paste in a bottle and keep it in a refrigerator. add water at the time of serving only.
