Instructions
wash mint leaves and transfer it to the mixer jar.
add lemon juice as well.
add salt,sugar and olive oil.
crush to a smooth paste.
once the paste is prepared, Add 2-3 tablespoon olive oil on the top to preserve this sauce.*check the notes.
use as required.

you can use white wine vinegar/white vinegar instead of lemon juice. use 1 to 2 teaspoon vinegar according to your liking.
this sauce is sour in taste.
I used a pinch of salt but you can totally avoid.
I used olive oil to preserve this sauce for 3 to 4 days but if you are using this fresh then you can avoid oil totally.
I have used this mint sauce with spiced roasted potatoes and rice bowl.
