Instructions
First and foremost, Prepare your sprouts in advance. I have shared a separate recipe post for
making sprouts here
.
Take a bowl and add curd.
Add seasoning like red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano and salt to taste. You can always use fresh basil if you have.
mix well. Add sprouts and mix well. A filling is ready. You can use either row sprouts or boiled sprouts as per your choice.
take bread slices and cut the sides.
spread the filling evenly on the one slice of bread.
put onion on the top and cover with another bread slice. serve chilled.
