garlic chutney
Instructions
Boil potatoes in a pressure cooker for 10 min on medium flame.
dice your potatoes.Take a bowl.
Add boiled potatoes ,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.
Mix well.
heat pan .
add oil.
once the oil is hot enough ,add garlic chutney. saute it.
add potato mixture.
cook the mixture for 4 min on medium flame.
Serve hot.squeeze some lemon on the top at time of serving if you like.
Notes
if planning to prepare in microwave, follow below steps,
Add diced potatoes,Oil,garlic paste,salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.
Mix well.
Add potato pieces and mix well.
Transfer potato pieces on baking tray.
Grill potatoes in microwave for 5 mins.
You can use baby potatoes as well.
You can avoid Garlic.
