First gather all ingredients and sift ½ cup all purpose flour and ¼ cup cocoa powder into a bowl.
In a mixing bowl, add 2 tablespoon oil, ½ cup sugar, ½ teaspoon baking powder, ⅛ teaspoon salt, few drops of vanilla extract and sifted flour and cocoa.
Also add ¼ cup milk and mix everything well.
Cover the mixture with cling film and refrigerate for 1 hour atleast.
Once the dough is chilled, remove it from the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180˚C or 375˚F for 15 minutes.
Take a portion of the dough and prepare a medium size ball.
Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat well. Place the sugar-coated dough balls on a lined baking tray.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 180C or 375F or until the crinkles are developed and edges are set.
Once they are baked, remove from oven and let them cool down.
Enjoy :)
