Preparing berries for jam - thoroughly wash 20-25 fresh strawberries in running water and chop them finely.
Preparing jam - In a pan, add chopped strawberries, ¾ cup sugar, few drops lemon juice, and 1 inch cinnamon stick.
Cook everything together on a medium flame for about 10 minutes or until sugar is melted and the jam is thicken. Make sure to keep stirring the jam. Mash berries using a masher or the back of your spatula.
cool down the mixture properly and transfer it into a sterilized jar. Refrigerate it and enjoy 🙂
Notes
IF you are using induction stove top or electric one, make sure to remove pan from the after turning OFF the stove in 10 minutes.
