First and foremost, Preheat oven at 350˚F for 20 minutes.
Cream the clarified butter. This is the most important step. You required your ghee at room teperature. Whisk it using hand whisker or electric mixer at medium speed. You will get foamy butter after 5 minutes.
½ cup ghee / clarified butter
⭐Pro tip - If you living in countries where weather is warm such as India, add 2 to 3 icecubes into the ghee and cream it. Remove icecubes after 5 minutes.
Add sugar and mix it really well. You will get a nice smooth mixture.
½ cup coconut sugar
Add flour slowly and make a dough.
¾ cup whole wheat flour
Roll it and give them a cookie shape. Bake it at 350˚F for 15 to 20 minutes.
