Before starting, make sure your butter is at room temperature. Butter at room temperature gives the perfect texture to the recipe. Also, preheat your oven at 180˚C for 15 minutes.
transfer butter to a bowl and whisk it. Whisk it until smooth.
your batter will be light and easy to manage. You can add milk if you want to make the batter more lighter. At this stage, You can add pinch of cinnamon powder.
Prepare your pan and line it with parchment paper.
gently transfer batter into the pan. I sprinkled some cinnamon powder at this stage. Bake it for 20 minutes first. Check if it is slightly brown on hte top. If not then bake it for 5 minutes more.
Check your loaf with toothpic, if it come out clean, It is ready.
For glaze,
take a bowl and mix powdered suagr and milk really well. add chopped walnuts and keep aside.
cool down the bread completely and drizzle some glaze on the top.
