For pesto
1cupspinachwashed
⅓cupalmonds
salt to taste
3cloves garlic
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonmint leaves pasteor 4 to 5 fresh mint leaves
1teaspoondry basilor 2 to 3 fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Prepare Spinach Pesto. Take a grinder and transfer Spinach, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, almonds, dry basic, and mint leaves. Churn to a smooth paste. Keep Aside.
Slice your potatoes and bell peppers. keep aside.
Prepare your pizza crust, I am using Homemade no yeast pizza dough here. Take a portion of your dough and roll to a medium-thick base. Transfer into the baking pan. meanwhile preheat your oven for 15 mins at 425 degrees F / 200ºc.
Spread pesto on the Pizza base.
Spread potatoes and bell peppers.
Add some cheese on the top.
sprinkle Salt and Red chilli flakes. Spray or brush olive oil to make it extra crispy.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 mins at 425 degrees F / 200ºc.
cool for a minute and serve.

I have used Homemade No yeast Pizza dough here to make Pizza crust. You can use ready-made pizza crust instead.
