One pot meal combo is up on blog.It may be strange but YES i am such a BIG fan of khichadi recipes and i always prefer khichdi in my dinner. Best Khichdi should be liquidy and creamy in consistency.If khichadi meets its perfect texture,you will definitely like to have it plain as well.

Khichadi can be made with one dal or combination of two dals as well.I think Today’s dal-khichadi is the perfect meal specially when you are not in the mood to cook OR you want such a light and healthy food.One can not imagine dal khichadi without onions.But i really wanted to avoid spiciness so i made it without it and give the name to the recipe as “ Jain Dal-Khichadi”
