The recipe i am going to share today is very very very easy and quick recipe-Biscuit Cake.I firstly heard about this recipe from my mom.Believe me, before that i didn’t even google on this kinda idea.
My mom told me this recipe on the phone few days back. I was very excited try this recipe because it sounds tooo easy.

I made my first attempt on 17 march.Yaaaa it was on Thursday.It couldn’t come out perfectly only because after i bake properly, i un-mold it very quickly.So as a final result, I got cake crumbs ;P 😉 I did not throw that crumbs and made one quick dessert from that disaster which is coming soon on blog.

Moving on my today’s share.
I again put my guts today for this
easy and quick biscuit cake recipe. It requires only 10 min to bake and 5
min to combine and mix all ingredients.

it sounds easy??? are you feeling excited,like me???? Don’t worry ,You
can make this also.Just be sure to give sufficient time to cake so that
it cools down completely.

  Biscuit Cake Recipe-how to make Quick Biscuit Cake

Prep Time :5 min

Cook Time : 10 min
Total Time : 15 min
Main Ingredient :Biscuits
Serves : 2

  • Britannia Marie Gold biscuits – 1 pack OR 23 nos
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Sugar ,powdered – to taste ( mine is 1 tbsp)
  • Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 tsp 


    1. Make a fine powder of biscuits using mixture.
    2. Take a large mixing bowl and whisk butter until smooth.Mean while grease you cake mold and keep it aside.
    3. Preheat your microwave on 180º c for 2 min.
    4. Now-After butter is smooth enough,Add biscuit powder,Baking soda,Baking powder and Sugar powder.Mix them well.
    5. Add Milk and make a smooth batter.
    6. Make sure to avoid lumps.
    7. At last add Lemon juice and mix well.
    8. Pour this batter in cake mold.
    9. Bake this cake on 180º c preheated oven for 10 mins.
    10. Check your cake using toothpick.If it come out clear then your cake is done. Otherwise bake it again for 3-4 min and check.
    11. Your cake is ready .Un-mold the cake when it cools down completely.
    12. Garnish and serve.
      • You may use any biscuits according to your likings.
      • If you don’t have microwave,You can bake this cake in pressure cooker as well. Kindly refer THIS RECIPE for details.
      • For those who have basic microwave with watts,Bake this cake on 300W for 10 min and check.
      • This cake can be store for 2-3 days in air tight container on room temperature.
