I have given name to this recipe is ” Restaurant style jeera Rice ” because i have found that Jeera rice I prepare at home and Rice I usually ate in restaurants have slightly different procedure.So, that why i decided to give this recipe as ‘restaurant style’.

When your are preparing
rice recipes, It is always appreciated to soak Rice for at-least 30
min.It will make your rice more fluffy and white.I always Use Basmati rice in My recipes and here i am using Dawat Basmati rice.
always use Home-made Clarified Butter(Ghee) to prepare tadka.I am using
Shahi Jeera here but you can use normal Cumins as well.Shahi Jeera has
veri prominent flavor so you can not add too much..
The basic method Of this recipe is,
To prepare tadka first ,and then boil rice along with tadka.
