The HERO of this recipe is Ginger. Ginger has very prominent flavor which makes this Subji refreshing. You may adjust the flavors according to your taste.
The rest of the ingredients i used is very common like onions, tomatoes etc.
One more thing i wanted to note here is, I am using Homemade Frozen Green Peas here.you can always use fresh instead.This recipe comes under “Dry-Subji” category.I have got inspiration to cook this Indian subji on the spot after reading cauliflower drama by my sweet fellow blogger Cheri.Though my recipe is totally different but after reading this post,I started feeling like-I was literally craving for gobi, I should make something with cauliflower ASAP.:p
