(yogurt – often referred to as curd) together with raw or cooked
vegetables, more fruits, or in the case of boondi raita, with
fried droplets of batter made from besan (chickpea flour) which is
generally labelled as gram flour.

Today’s Recipe is Simple Cucumber Raita Topped with Boondi. This is No Cooking

Total Time : 5 mins
Main Ingredient : Yogurt / Dahi
Serves : 2-3
Cuisine : Indian , Pakistani
- Curd – 1 cup
- Cucumber ,Finely chopped – 1 small size
- Salt – to taste
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
- Red chili Powder – a pinch
- Coriander Powder – a pinch
- Chaat Masala – 1 tsp
- Fresh Coriander leaves – for garnishing
Method / Assembling:
- Take a mixing Bowl.
- Add curd,Cucumber and all masalas.
- Mix Them well.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves and Boondi.
- Serve Chilled.
