Recipe for beginners – Mango CheeseCake.It has super rich flavour of mango.This Classic dessert have and aromatic,delicious combination of Mango and Cream cheese. Mango  Cheese Cake

Prep Time : 15-20 mins
Cook Time : 2-2:30 hours
Total Time :3 hours
Main Ingredient : Mango pulp , Plain Cream cheese
Serves : 3
Cuisine : Fusion
Ingredients:

  • Mango Pulp – 3 tbsp
  • Powdered Sugar – 2-3 tbsp (as per your taste)
  • Plain Cream Cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Whipped Cream – 3 tbsp
  • Marie Biscuit – 5 no
  • Melted butter – 1 tbsp
  • Mango pieces – For garnishing

Method / Assembling:

  1. Crush
    biscuits to a coarse powder and put it into a bowl. Add butter and mix.
    Put this mixture at the base of a spring form pan (loose bottom pan)
    lined with greaseproof paper – See more at:

    Crush Biscuits to a coarse powder and mix this powder with butter. Put this mixture at the bottom of the serving bowl to make base.

  2. In another mixture bowl, Mix Cream chesse and mango pulp well. Also add Whipped Cream.
  3. Mix these ingredients until mixture is smooth.
  4. Pour this Mixture on the biscuit base.You will notice two different layers after pouring the mixture.
  5. Now, Sprinkle some biscuit powder and garnish with mango pieces.
  6. Allow This mixture to be set well for at-least 2 to 2:30 hours in refrigerator.
  7. serve Chilled.

Note: 

  • I am Directly assembling cheesecake in serving bowl. because this is beginners tutorial. so please take small shot glass or bowl if you are trying first time.
  • I am not using molding technique in this recipe tutorial.
