Recipe : Tamarind chutney

Hi all,

For tamarind chutney you need,

Ingredients:

  • Tamarind –  1 cup
  • Juggery – 1 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Coriender powder -1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander 
  • Chilli powder – pinch
  • Black salt – pinch
  • Water – 1 cup approx
Method:
  1. Soak tamarind and juggery for atleast 1 hour.
  2. Boil this mixture on medium flame for 20-25 mins.or until it become thick.
  3. Now drain this mixture very well.
  4. Add salt,black salt,chilli powder,coriander powder.
  5. Sprinkle some fresh coriander.
  6. Serve with chat, bhel etc….
